We received an inquiry from a client regarding a winch, and the conditions for purchase included the winch's fixation, a safety fence, and a manual wire winding instruction fixture. Ten years ago, they purchased a winch from another company, but they made the safety fence in-house and were not satisfied with the result. However, the separate product delivered this time received high praise and satisfaction, making it worthwhile. [Case Overview] - Winch Fixed Base: Since there are no ready-made products under anchor fixation conditions, it was custom-made (self-drawn design). - For fixation, it was welded to the factory's rebar section and anchored to the concrete floor (sought a specialized contractor). - Safety Fence: There were no ready-made products, so it was designed (self-drawn design), materials were purchased, and a welding contractor was commissioned, followed by painting and delivery. - Manual Wire Winding Instruction Fixture: There were no ready-made products, so we listened to the client's requests and designed it (self-drawn design) and obtained approval. - Materials were purchased, a welding contractor was commissioned for installation, and finally, it was painted and delivered. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
